Browsing and finding gifts

You don’t need an account. We count searches and outbound gift clicks, recording a time, the gift clicked or number of results, and a broad indication of whether the request appears automated. These signals aren’t proof of a purchase or a person’s identity.

We do not store your search wording or full IP address in our analytics tables. Search terms appear in the page URL and may be retained in browser history or hosting logs. Please avoid putting private or sensitive information in a gift request.

AI-assisted suggestions

When AI matching is available, your request and relevant public catalog facts are sent to OpenRouter and its selected model provider to produce suggestions. When it is unavailable, the site uses word and interest matching. We do not send an IP address or owner access credentials as part of model prompts.

Security and retention

We use short-lived hashed request identifiers to limit abuse. Raw click and search events are scheduled for deletion after 30 days, and request-limit records after two days. Cloudflare and our service providers may retain operational logs under their own policies.

Owner sign-in uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie lasting up to eight hours. Ordinary gift browsing does not set that cookie. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies.
